The Whole Systems Networking Fund is open for applications, up to £60,000 is available per project, at 80% fEC.
Funded by EPSRC, this scheme aims to improve equality, communications and collaboration between those working in the field of whole systems energy.
The Fund is helping to develop best practice around networking, fostering better representation of UK capacity in whole systems energy research, encouraging fresh voices and building new working relationships within the community.
Up to £60,000 is available per project, at 80% fEC.
UKERC is accepting applications for the second open call. The application deadline is 5pm, Tuesday 29th May 2018.
Applicants are encouraged to propose projects on any topic. However, we welcome projects that explore how one or more of the following themes fit, or will fit, into the whole energy system:
- Decarbonisation of heat
- Nuclear (both fission and fusion)
